90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The goal of One Way Credit’s service is to assist in the removal of questionable negative information from your credit reports. Credit repair is not an exact science, and there may be cases in which we are unsuccessful. To help protect our clients, One Way Credit offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you enroll in any One Way Credit program and do not see any questionable negative items deleted from your credit reports within ninety (90) days, you may be entitled to a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions below. This does not mean your credit will be completely repaired within that period, but you should see at least some questionable negative items removed during that time or you may qualify for your money back. To request a refund, you must contact One Way Credit by phone so your identity can be verified.

This 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is strictly subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility for a refund does not begin until the ninetieth (90th) day after your account is activated. You must remain an active participant in the program for the full initial ninety (90) days. Cancellation of service or failure to make required payments during the initial ninety (90) days will void this guarantee.

  • You must not create, cause, or allow any new derogatory trade lines, negative accounts, or adverse information to be added to your credit reports after your participation in the program begins.

  • You must make all payments due to One Way Credit under this Agreement in a timely manner.

  • You must provide One Way Credit with proof of identity, including a copy of your driver’s license or other government-issued identification and a copy of your Social Security card or other acceptable identifying documentation, within five (5) days of the effective date of this Agreement.

  • You agree to allow One Way Credit up to thirty (30) days from the date of your refund request to review your credit reports and audit your account in order to verify that no questionable negative items were removed and to determine the reason for that outcome.

  • Any refund request or refund audit must be made no earlier than day ninety-one (91) and no later than day one hundred twenty (120) from the date your first payment is received and your account is activated. If you continue in the program beyond one hundred twenty (120) days without requesting a refund, you waive any right to request a refund under this guarantee.
